This class is adapted to the modern rhythms of life in order to induce mental calm and clarity at the end of a busy workday. We use the tools of Kundalini Yoga to enhance the bodily functions that maintain homeostasis, support a bright mood and a peaceful inner state. Such tools encompass breathwork, directed attention to body parts and sensations, and specific movements to balance both the autonomous nervous system (sympathetic & parasympathetic branch) and the brain activity between the two hemispheres.
Kundalini Yoga has a lot of mental focus techniques coupled with postures or repeated movements to adjust the nervous system and maintain a healthy function of the vital organs. It is a physical practice that triggers vitality instantly and can easily bring one into a meditative state.
